Structure Features

Enclosure and Frame Structure

• The cabinet frame is welded from channel steel and angle steel, providing high mechanical strength.
• The enclosure is made of aluminum alloy plates with a smooth surface, elegant appearance, and excellent corrosion resistance.
• The base is elevated 300–600 mm above the foundation, enhancing durability and protection.

Doors and Safety Design

• All doors open outwards with an opening angle greater than 90° and are equipped with positioning devices.
• Each door comes with a handle, hidden latch, and locks that are waterproof, jam-proof, and rust-resistant.
• A sealed, theft-proof structure ensures safe and reliable operation.

Ventilation and Heat Dissipation

• Designed with natural ventilation and heat insulation measures to ensure that the temperature rise of equipment remains within permissible limits during long-term operation.

Grounding and Protection System

• Equipped with a dedicated grounding conductor and no fewer than two fixed grounding terminals for connection to the grounding grid.

• This design ensures no overheating occurs under maximum short-circuit current, while providing excellent dynamic and thermal stability.

• The enclosure is fitted with a nameplate displaying capacity, voltage, frequency, serial number, and certification details.
