Corrosion Defense: The "Self-Healing" Base

Installation Reality: When a transformer is dragged onto a concrete pad during installation, the paint on the bottom sill is inevitably scratched. On mild steel, this leads to immediate rust.
The Hybrid Solution: We fabricate the tank base and sill using 304L Stainless Steel. Even if the paint is scraped off down to the bare metal, the stainless steel naturally passivates (forms a protective oxide layer), preventing rust from spreading. This ensures the oil containment integrity remains intact for decades, even in salt-laden coastal atmospheres.

Dead-Front Safety & Loop Feed

Safety is the defining characteristic of transformers pad mounted in public spaces.

Dead-Front Architecture: The high-voltage compartment features shielded, insulated elbow connectors. There is no exposed live metal. Even if an operator accidentally touches the front plate when the door is open, there is no risk of electrocution.
Loop Feed Capability: The HV side typically includes six bushings (Loop Feed). This allows the 315 kVA unit to act as a "pass-through" node in a distribution ring. If the upstream cable fails, grid operators can switch the feed direction using the internal 4-Position Load Break Switch, restoring power in minutes.
