Core Engineering & Material Quality
We move beyond generic manufacturing by implementing a precision-cut silicon steel core. The core laminations are stacked using a step-lap method to drastically reduce the no-load current.
- Magnetic Circuit: Optimized using high-permeability grain-oriented silicon steel to minimize hysteresis loss.
- Coil Construction: The HV and LV windings are wound with oxygen-free copper (or aluminum upon request) to ensure high electrical conductivity. This robust winding structure enhances the transformer 100kva capability to withstand sudden short-circuit mechanical forces.
- Insulation Integrity: We strictly avoid recycled insulation materials. Only high-density pressboards and pure mineral oil are used to guarantee high dielectric strength.
