   The dry type transformer insulates heat-proof grade to have: B, F, H , C etc..Heat-proof temperature respectively is:130℃,155℃,180℃,220℃, that product adopted the Du Pont new material,The SG 10 type of the new craft,production stem the type transformer insulate heat-proof grade already H class,the key part in sulates heat-proof grade already C class.

Safety

  The SG10 model new product is the dry type transformer owning highest safety performance presently,all insulated materials are inflaming-retarding,self-extinguishing and innocuous,the ratio of combustible material to epoxy pouring product is lower than 10%,there would not any nocuous smog produced when long-time burning in the case of 800℃, so,the SG10 model new product is very suitable for certain occasion requiring high safety condition、being moist-heat and improper ventilation such as power、underground、ship、chemical industry and metallurgy etc.
