SHC(B) amorphous alloy dry type distribution transformer
Product introduction:
Adopting the manufacturing technology of HTT dry-type transformers, the amorphous alloy cast resin dry-type transformers were developed by Bei er bian Group Co., Ltd. The product has various advantages such as lower partial discharge, lower losses, better heat dissipation, better moisture-proof, higher withstand capability to short circuit, stronger overload capability, and perfect appearance. The main technical characteristics of the transformer are in accordance with the stipulations of GB/T 22072-2008《Specifications and technical requirements for dry-type amorphous alloy core distribution transformers, the no-load loss is reduced by more than 70% and the on-load loss is reduced 5% compared with transformers with the same capacity in group A of table 1 of GB/T 10228. It is a new generation of highly technical products of energy saving, security, and environmental protection.
The product can replace the common dry-type transformer wherever used such as, in high buildings, business centers, track traffic, airdrome, station, steel mill, and power plants. The product is specially applied in high fire-proof and moisture-proof spots.

Product characteristics:
The core is rolled with the amorphous alloy ribbon. The core type is four-frame and five-column structure. The core is suspended on reinforced insulation board which is on top of the windings, so it doesn't suffer from outside force at all.We can display the advantages of amorphous alloy core.
The HV and LV windings are rectangular. The inside and outside of winding are wound with fiberglass grid and glass braid which integrate closely with resin. Thus cast resin windings posses the ability of anti-cracking and with standing short circuit.
The HV and LV windings are all cast resin type, so that the moisture proof capability is very strong. The transformer can be energized at any moment.
The clamp system is frame structure, and the windings are pressed by insulate supports via clamping screws with dish springs. And the whole structure is simple and elegancy.
Adopting new technique of thin coating and low filler , windings are cast with resin in the latest HEDRICH vacuum casting equipment of which vacuum film degassing device, dosing pump and static mixer ensure the best molding quality and the partial discharge less than 5PC.
The technology of 'cooling duct stick' for windings is a dopted, cooling ducts are set without the limit of curvature of the windings. According to the design requirement, one layer or multilayer of cooling ducts are required to be installed in the heating center,so that the heat loss can be optimized,in the meantime, the brace rods formed in the cooling ducts effectively reinforces the mechanical strength of the winding.
